Data controller

Deep Agentics LTD (trading as "ArchAssist") is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this service. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this notice refer to Deep Agentics LTD.

What data we collect

We collect your email address at sign-up. We also process authentication metadata (login timestamps, session identifiers), support messages you send us, and limited usage/telemetry (IP address, device information, basic product analytics) needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we collect it and legal basis

• Account creation, authentication, and service delivery — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Security, fraud prevention, and service improvement — legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure service.
• Analytics and marketing cookies — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Compliance with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

Service providers we use

• Supabase — for authentication and secure data storage.
• Stripe — our payment processor for paid plans. Stripe handles all payment processing, billing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's processing of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy notice.

Data retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after account closure, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Records required for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, access controls and least-privilege permissions for our team, and regular review of our infrastructure and dependencies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Your rights and data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@archassist.dev. We will permanently remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

Cookie Policy

ArchAssist uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the service and, with your consent, to measure and improve it. Cookies fall into three categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics — help us understand how ArchAssist is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.
• Marketing — used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns that bring people to ArchAssist. Set only with your consent.

You can change your choice at any time using the button below, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
