Who we are
ArchAssist is a service operated by Deep Agentics LTD ("DeepAgentics", "we", "us", or "our"). By using ArchAssist you are entering into an agreement with Deep Agentics LTD.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing, registering for, or using ArchAssist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Service provided as-is
ArchAssist is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
Intellectual property
ArchAssist and all related software, documentation, designs, logos, and branding are owned by Deep Agentics LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms and your selected plan. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or any part of it. You retain ownership of the architecture descriptions and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's terms.
Free tier limits
The free tier is limited to 3 diagrams per day. This limit resets every 24 hours. Upgrade to a paid plan for higher or unlimited usage.
No guarantee of uptime
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance or experience outages without prior notice.
Pricing changes
We reserve the right to change pricing, plan features, or usage limits at any time. Existing paid subscribers will be notified by email before any change takes effect on their plan.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to bypass rate limits, scraping, reverse-engineering, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using the service to disrupt others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Refunds
Users may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@deepagentics.ai.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
Disclaimer
ArchAssist generates AI-powered outputs for informational purposes only. All diagrams and risk reports should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation. DeepAgentics accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of ArchAssist shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which DeepAgentics is established.
